By creating an account or using videoZrmx (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
videoZrmx is a browser-based music-video remixing tool. It lets you edit video clips, apply effects and text overlays, detect BPM, run simulated copyright scans, generate AI-assisted dispute statements, and export MP4/WebM files. Copyright scans are best-effort AI simulations and are NOT a legal guarantee of clearance. Always verify licensing before commercial distribution.
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). You may not share your account or use it to violate any law or third-party right.
You retain ownership of everything you upload. By uploading, you grant videoZrmx a limited license to store, process, and serve that content solely to operate the Service on your behalf. You represent that you have the rights to upload and remix any content you submit.
You may not use the Service to distribute unlawful content, infringe copyrights, harass others, or attempt to disrupt the Service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Free tier is $0 with a 3 scan/month limit and watermarked exports. Pro is $19/month, billed via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the in-app portal. If you're unhappy, email ChazE@videoZrmx.com within 7 days of a charge and we will refund the most recent payment.
Copyright scans and dispute statements are generated by third-party AI models. videoZrmx does not guarantee the accuracy or legal validity of AI output. You are solely responsible for any dispute you submit to a platform (YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
You may delete your account at any time by emailing ChazE@videoZrmx.com. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms with notice where practical.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, videoZrmx and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
