Account data (email, hashed password, display name), project metadata (name, BPM, timeline structure), uploaded media (video/audio), Stripe billing identifiers (customer ID, subscription status), and Copyright scan results generated on your behalf.
To operate the Service: authenticate you, store your projects, run BPM analysis and copyright scans, process payments via Stripe, and send transactional emails. We do not sell or rent your personal data.
We use: Stripe (payments — see stripe.com/privacy), Anthropic (Claude AI for copyright scan simulation and dispute drafting — see anthropic.com/legal/privacy), Emergent object storage (media hosting), and our hosting provider for infrastructure. Each processor sees only the data required to perform its function.
We set two httpOnly authentication cookies (access_token, refresh_token) required for login sessions. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
We keep your account data until you request deletion. Uploaded media persists until you delete it or your account. Copyright scan history is retained for account life so you can revisit past disputes.
You may access, export, or delete your data at any time by emailing ChazE@videoZrmx.com. If you're in the EU/UK, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Auth tokens use signed JWTs with short-lived access tokens and rotating refresh tokens delivered over HTTPS-only, SameSite=None cookies. Uploaded media is served via signed download endpoints that require an active session.
The Service is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, email ChazE@videoZrmx.com and we will delete it.
We will post material changes to this Policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
